Abstract

Humans are social creatures, where as social being humans cannot be separated from other human relationships, interests, or assistance and all these activities require communication as the intermediary. Communication consists of several elements that influence it, these elements include communicators, messages, communication media, communicants, and feedback. Communication has a strong influence in shaping a person's leadership style and attitude in an organization. Communication is the breath of the continuity of an organization, an organization will not run without communication. However, in the course of leadership in an organization there are many difficulties or disturbances caused by organizational communication. Weber's bureaucratic theory, where Weber defines it as a system of interpersonal activities that aims to coordinate individual tasks, in this case the theory of communication patterns of journalistic UKM and public relations theory where this theory is to minimize conflicts that occur in journalistic UKM.
