Archiving Policy
The Proceedings of the IAHN Tampung Penyang Palangka Raya National Seminar recognizes the importance of long-term digital preservation of scholarly works. Therefore, we implement the following archiving policies:
- PKP Preservation Network (PN): We utilize the PKP PLN service to automatically store digital copies of manuscripts in global servers managed by the Public Knowledge Project.
- LOCKSS & CLOCKSS: This site utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) systems to ensure that the digital archives of the proceedings remain permanently accessible to libraries and researchers worldwide.
- Institutional Repository: In addition to the OJS system, every published manuscript is periodically archived into the institution's internal database as an independent backup measure to ensure data sustainability.
- Accessibility: In the event that the institution's OJS service is technically unavailable for an extended period, the manuscripts will remain accessible through the aforementioned archiving networks for the public interest.
