KERUKUNAN DALAM MASYARAKAT MULTIKULTURAL DI DESA PADALEMBARA KECAMATAN POSO PESISIR SELATAN KABUPATEN POSO (PERSPEKTIF PENDIDIKAN AGAMA HINDU)

Abstrak

Village Society Padalembara live in a different religion, ethnicity, and culture. Included in harmony in Padalembara Village is a very interesting thing to study. This is because the people do not all understand and implement harmony, plus the problems of harmony such as lack of awareness in working together between communities, cooperation problems, conflicts between communities and many more that occur in Padalembara Village.
From these problems, this research formulates three problems, namely: 1) What are the forms of harmony in societies multicultural in Padalembara Village, Poso Pesisir Selatan District, Regency Poso? 2) What are the inhibiting and supporting factors of harmony in a multicultural society in Padalembara Village, Poso Pesisir Selatan District, Poso Regency? 3) What are the values of Hindu religious education from harmony in multicultural societies in Padalembara Village, Poso Pesisir Selatan District, Poso Regency?

The purpose of this study are: 1) to find out the forms of harmony in multicultural communities in Padalembara Village, Poso Pesisir Selatan District Poso District, 2) to find out the inhibiting and factors supporting harmony in multicultural societies in Padalembara Village Poso Pesisir Selatan District Poso District, 3) to find out the values of Hindu education from harmony in a multicultural society in Padalembara Village, Poso Pesisir Selatan District, Poso Regency.

The results of the research conducted are 1) forms of harmony in multicultural societies in Padalembara Village, Poso PesisirDistrict, Poso SelatanRegency are a) cooperation, b) Simakrama, c) Cross Cutting Affiliations, and d) sports activities. 2) The inhibiting factors and supporting of harmony in a multicultural society in Padalembara Village, Poso Pesisir Selatan District Poso Regency are factors inhibiting consisting of a) Differences in character b) Guidance on a harmony that has not been maximized c) Negative impact of Poso conflict d) Ethnicism and Exclusivism religion e) The impact of terrorism. Supporting factors consist of a) The positive impact of the Poso conflict b) The role of the village government, FKUB, religious assemblies, and social organizations in enhancing harmony c)awareness Community of the importance of harmony.3)religious education values Hinduof harmony in multicultural communities in the village Padalembara Poso Pesisir Selatan District Poso District are a) the value of education Tat Tvam Asi, b) the value of education Tri Hita Karana, c) the value of education Nitisastra.
